• NOC issued by your current University/College.
• NOC issued by The Hospital/Medical College. Where you will persue your internship.
• 10th & 12th Marksheet.
• Diploma/Degree/Final Year Marksheet.
• ID Proof/Aadhar Card

Applications form foreign universities only

• Last page of your Passport.
• NBE screening Test-Result.
• Diploma supplement/Apostile.
